About Alexander Korth

Alexander Korth (@alexkorth) lives and works in Berlin where he works as a managing director at Make Customers Friends, a social media consultancy he founded in 2009. Before, he directed the Competence Center for Information Retrieval and Machine Learning at Technische Universität Berlin / DAI-Labor.

Besides, he finalizes his PhD thesis about his side-project Cityfinger, a privacy-preserving platform for location-based social micro-communities. He co-operated the second Berlin Barcamp in 2007 and hosts numerous social web related meetups since 2006.
