Hi Richard,
Your blog about Media and Web technologies is superb. Recently, I launched my own pet project called Cluckoo (http://www.cluckoo.com).

My aim for this project is to help people within a neighborhood discuss latest happenings, share knowledge and information and publicize local events. I was wondering if you would like to take a look at it and help me spread the word.
Thanks,
Awaiting your response,
