Um, I am not a blogger, I am a software engineer and an entrepreneur. I do have a blog.

Here is the 30B position on Joel. We didn't build this software for Joel or others like him.

http://www.nosoapradio.org/2006/02/15/joel-spolsky-and-cursory-journalism/

The three of us behind 30B have been at the web for a long time and we were trying to make something readily accessible for the non-tech.

While certain "bloggers" did like the initial product, there have been plenty of other everyday folks who like it too:

http://30boxes.com/blog/index.php/press/

Richard, thank you for taking the time to try out and write about 30B. We are fast working on SMS reminders and SMS invitations! There will be lots of great stuff in the next couple of months and we hope to see other applications making use of our APIs so that you don't have to personalize every new site you join. They will just pull it from 30boxes.
