I look forward to the redesign as I think due to the number of writers you have now some quality content is being missed using the blog layout. I think a lot of the web tech blogs are suffering the same problem. Blogs are great for 1 or 2 voices.

I think you should put it higher on the sidebar so people notice it or have its own box on the front page perhaps.
