Semantic Web Gang: Wikipedia for Data

This month's Semantic Web Gang podcast, syndicated on ReadWriteTalk and featuring RWW's Alex Iskold, is up now. The main topic is Bret Taylor’s idea of a Wikipedia for Data, which RWW covered here. The gang (which btw is like a quieter and more polite version of the Gillmor Gang!) looks at the role that semantic technologies should play in connecting diverse pieces of data together within and between organisations. The discussion also explores the possibility of a disconnect between academic and commercial Semantic Web.

That is a good idea Richard; I am a big fan of Wikipedia and other free resources. Converting their rich information in sound playable format is good work. Only main articles are covered in sound format on Wiki at now, may be this will help to cover more articles and spread the word in more ways.

I am fan of Wikipedia too. And I like when they create more necessary tools and services. They do useful work.

Dear,

I'm a korean living in seoul.(name: Oh Minseok)
Korean special investigative team investigated samsung
corporation.
But they did not work right.
Suspicious to have been bought off.
Samsung corporation had many crimes.
And the team investigated samsung corporation.
It contained korean companies samsung,huyndai,sk CEOs' illegal issuing
stocks or bonds. ( previous CEOs or present CEOs )
The quantity were plenty.
(Three company CEOs did(and are doing) many crimes to me.
Many koreans are knowing it.
But many koreans are bought off by illegal issuing stocks or bonds.)
The team knew it.
Korean special investigative team must investigated this.
But they concealed it.
I ask for asking for this criminal investigation to prosecutors in any
country.
And help the shareholders and me.

Three companies are hacking me and trying to kill me.
And are suspicious to use my name and email illegally.

Great podcast. Wikipedia and other user generated web resources are much needed.
