What's Missing?

One of the biggest changes in Wordpress 2.5 was the dashboard and design user interface of the entire Wordpress system. It would've been nice to see an option to revert back to the "classic" Wordpress interface or maybe even more dashboard themes for users. Interesting that current mentions of Gears tend to focus on its performance implications. A year+ ago, when it was launched, Gears was seen as all about offline access.
