For this pusposes I'm using Digsby, open source program for facebook chat, google, Linked In,Icq,AIM,MSN - lightweight program.
But if you are using just facebook, this facebook IM would be good

As a former wage slave myself, I suppose I should appreciate this. But the fact is that there can't be many more effective ways of ensuring that employers will lock down employees' PCs, restrict employees' Internet access, and use monitoring software. I have to admit that if I were a business owner, I would probably do those things and show the outraged, "entitled" employees the door. In the long run, technology that makes slacking easier benefits no one.

It's all very good to scream about CEOs that take advantage of their positions and steal from the company. I don't see much difference between one crooked exec and a few hundred slackers who are stealing salary and IT resources by hanging with their friends in cyberspace. And living with the delusion that they are fooling their boss or anyone else.
