This is a questionable list on so many levels: there is no scaling of the viewings to account for i) newness factors and ii) size of the audience over time.

The article might be better titled "Current top 10 videos in terms of number of views", but it certainly doesn't meet the criteria of "top 10 of all time." I would have expected a list that included iconic videos that were top draws since the beginning of the service. Using the methodology apparently used for this article, you'll only ever be able to show the top 10 current videos in terms of viewership.

I suggest renaming future iterations of the article.
