Our friends at Gigaom are running the second annual NewTeeVee Live conference in San Francisco on November 13, 2008. It's an event focused on the online video arena and we have one free ticket to giveaway. We'd love to know. We also have a special discount code below for RWW readers.
The event will feature the creators and producers of "Heroes" and "CSI", the CEOs of Hulu and Netflix, the VPs of Digital Media for ABC, FOX and Lucasfilm, and other influentials in online video. ReadWriteWeb readers who would like to attend can get a $200 discount by clicking here to register.

Hulu. Easy.
My favorite is Hulu because it just works. Video quality is good, they have the shows I like and the advertising is just right.
I love watching Heroes online.
Hulu because they added seasons 1 and 2 of Hawaii Five-O. :-)
I love Hulu. Such a variety of shows from big network stuff today (personal favs: Simpsons, Daily Show, House, 30 Rock) and classics. Plus, Dr. Horrible!
If you are strictly asking about "online" meaning, content I watch from my computer, I would have to also be leaning toward HULU, although I think the major networks do a quality job of delivering recent content (but with little flexibility on shows and availability on different devices).
If "online" means receiving your content via the internet as a distribution platform for other devices, I would have to say i lean toward itunes. I don't mind paying for forgeting to TIVO or DVR shows knowing that I can download it and watch it at my leisure on my video ipod, iphone or Apple TV (apple tv being the best being that i can watch it in the family room on the TV.
Hulu b/c it works and the interface is easy to use!
I watch the services that carry the content I'm interested in. I have found things I like and dislike equally about most online video players.
I am also interested in publishing content myself. In that arena I like Fliqz. It's inexpensive and super easy to implement with a lot of cool features.
Hulu became my favorite when a glitch on their end occured while pulling usage data and I got to view a montage of Homer Simpson saying d'oh!
Hulu, it's the design.
