This week's poll complements our special series on Online Music. We're asking what is your number 1 favorite music streaming service on the Web. With this poll there are bound to be sites that aren't on the list, but which are somebody's favorite. We've included as many of the major services as we could remember, but do shout out in the comments if there's an obvious omission.

www.tunefeed.com is a pretty good streaming music service!
eMusic isn't really a streaming service, but it is the best. Very cheap, no DRM, easy to use.
People truly making a principled stand against DRM would support companies like eMusic instead of just stealing music. Me, I just like the service and hadn't enjoyed the DRM buying experience in the past.
www.sofaspace.ch - my favourite chillout station
www.ezmo.com - I can stream my own music and my friends' as well. (Not available in the US, though).
Fairtilizer!
I really like Live365. It has a much wider range of music to choose from.
I'm surprised FineTune was left off the list! That's my player of choice.
I've voted for AOL Music, though what I really use is Shoutcast, which is powered by it.
blogmusik.net
I can't believe Live365 wasn't listed! It's the only one you can stream over your computer, your handheld (Treo or...), and your TiVo (if networked).....................
Hype Machine and blogmusik have been pretty good for me...
For me it was pandora, but it's no more working in Europe ... fuc...
And just FYI I'm currently trying to create Musiic.net to syndicate some music services. You can check it here at http://www.musiic.net
Favorite currently is Finetune.
I like Last.fm, but I was using Yahoo's Launchcast years ago and have my station so well dialed-in there I still actually use it more.
I voted for Pandora, but I like last.fm almost as much, which is why I actually use a mashup of the two called PandoraFM
I voted for last.fm. It's simple and I like it a lot. I use to use Pandora, but I live in Canada and we don't have it anymore.
I too was surprised to see eMusic on the list, because I know it as a music store, not a streaming service (is there an eMusic app I don't know about?). On the other hand, I think Songbird warrants a mention.
Richard, I think "MOGG" might have an extra "G" in it. Understandable tho... I am also a disciple of Snoop Dogg's school of spelling.
Anyhow, my favorites outside this list are:
1.) imeem.com
2.) Hype Machine
3.) skreemr.com
4.) Project Playlist
Though I'm a last.fm subscriber, I still like finetune much more than last.fm . I wonder why such an amazing site like finetune isn't a part of the poll. :)
Go to anywhere.fm
You can upload all of your music then listen to it from anywhere with an internet connection.
Hi folks, thanks all for your feedback so far. Based on that:
1) I've added FineTune and Live365, as they were mentioned several times in the comments.
2) I removed eMusic, as it is not a streaming service.
YouTube. I've started using my YouTube music video playlist as my online streaming audio source.
I use soundpedia.com, although they are upgrading their service this month. You can listen to any of their songs and create your own playlists. I'm not sure how this could be profitable for them as I'm sure they would have to pay a lot of royalties.
I don't know about streaming content, But I do like soulseek where you can share your music with other people for free. I find with streaming music I cannot find the punk bands I like at least with soulseek I can get the music I like and create a list I want to listen to instead of the top 40 crap
Hi,
I sure hope you will do this again soon as Musana will participate in such a poll. See ya.

Other
www.dhingana.com
This site is targeted towards South Asian community! But pretty sleek
RadioNigel.com
Just discovered it the other day. It is one of the original 91X (San Diego Alternative/New Wave) DJs from the 80s, playing all the good stuff from then!
MeeMix (http://www.meemix.com/)
Still in private beta, but after using it in the past few days, it's my new favorite.
