I embed videos and share with some of my friends in www.tabup.com. It's a great way to enhance a discussion. If sites could find easier ways to share via embedding I think you would see it more beyond bloggers. Not too many people know how to do this sort of thing.
Great research, while I was sure that the music videos will take most of the pie, I am too surprised that howtos & own blogger "shows" are so low (not to say missing).
