A couple of weeks ago, we reported that the highly popular blog host WordPress.com now allows its users to reply to comments by email, but starting today, WordPress.com is taking its email strategy even further, and now allows users to post text and images by email as well. Those WordPress.com users who subscribe to the VideoPress upgrade will now also be able to upload videos to their blogs by email, and those who subscribe to the WordPress Space Upgrade can also post MP3 attachments. The service now gives every user a 'secret' email address to sent their posts to. These addresses can be activated from the WordPress.com dashboard.
Being able to post images, audio, and text by email can often be extremely useful, especially while traveling. Given that email is pretty much ubiquitous, mobile users can now easily send their stories and photos to WordPress without having to resort to using special blogging apps on their phones (which are often a bit of a letdown anyway). Posting by email also allows mobile users more flexibility than just writing a short Twitter post and sending images to Twitpic.
One nice feature of WordPress' Post By Email feature is that the service automatically creates a gallery for posts with multiple pictures. Users can also easily post YouTube videos by email, as the service automatically creates an embed when it sees a YouTube URL in an email. WordPress also supports a number of additional short codes that give users more control over the formatting of their posts.
Of course, Posterous is probably the most well-known post-by-email service. Just like WordPress, Posterous allows users to quickly post text, images, and videos by email. Posterous, though, puts a stronger emphasis on sharing content from other sites, especially since the service introduced its bookmarklet in February. Unlike on WordPress, though, users on Posterous have no other option but to post by email or through the bookmarklet. The simplicity of Posterous is definitely one of the main draws of the service, but it looks like WordPress now offers a very similar degree of functionality, with, of course, the whole feature set of the WordPress blogging platform thrown in for good measure.

I hope they make a plugin for this service on WP.org blogs. It could use your API key just like Akisimet.
Elijah, that's a very good idea, keep an eye out for it. :)
Those are good ideas however, YouTube is going corporate it seems since Google has taken it alot of folks are being shoved to the side.
Can you email in stories if you use the networked wordpress blogs explained here:

Posterous is more than just a blog-by-email service. Posterous can forward your posts to several social networks or blogs. I'm using Posterous to publish images on my self-hosted WordPress blog.

I haven't been much of a blog person however, there are alot of really good ones I've been coming across lately. In the world of technology everything needs upgrades.

WHO AND WHAT DOES GOD LOVES MOST?
God is interested in every man. He loves all men equally but there is something in man that makes God rejoices over one than the other.
Let’s consider the following verses of the Scriptures:
“There is joy in heaven over a sinner that repents” Luke 15:10
“For what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and lose his own soul or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul” Matthew 8:36&37.
“And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you he rejoices more of that sheep than of the ninety nine which went not astray” Matthew 18:13.
To God, the soul of a man is more important than the whole world. Whether a poor or rich man, tall or short, dark or light, literate or illiterate, popular or not popular- It does not matter, instead what matters is the state of your soul; what are you doing with your soul ?
It is however expedient to know that you either gain or lose your soul. You cannot stay in between. Also it is imperative you note that: you cannot lose your soul except you decide to. This is not to scare but to emphasize that you have a choice. You can decide for yourself! Is this not interesting? What a great privilege and opportunity!
Death or life, which will you choose for yourself? “Sure it’s not death but is it really life” you ask. This is the time to be certain about the state of your soul, know where you belong and take the necessary actions. You might have been committing sins consciously or unconsciously. Consciously because you don’t see any wrong in what you are and unconsciously because you soul is being controlled by a force- the devil.
If you’ve made the choice of life just as Romans 10:9 says
“That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved”
Confess all your sins to God, commit your soul in His hands believe and accept Jesus as your Lord- the controller of your life instead of the devil, promise Him you will not change your decision and ask for grace to see you through your life in Him.
Congratulations! Your soul is safe and secured. Know that even if you lose your aspirations, friends, pleasures, earthly desires, worldly musicals and any other thing, it really worth it. Your soul is more important to God more than these. Don’t be fooled, you have made the right decision, the best decision any man can make on earth (such cannot be made in heaven). You have sought the right thing as Jesus said in Matthew 6:33
“Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness…”
Be rest assured having given all to Him that He would take good care of you. He concluded in the same verse saying
“And all these things shall be added unto you”
In conclusion Jesus said in Luke 9:23
“If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow me”
“Taking up your cross” simply means accepting that you are righteous in Christ and your readiness to obey Him no matter how. Denial connotes total separation from worldly things. “Follow me”, means living your life to portray Christ in love, obedience, humility, prayers, forgiveness among others.
Let it be undoubtedly evident that in and on you that you are a Christian and keep your salvation permanent. (Psalm 15)
Congratulations once again!
Welcome to your Father’s Kingdom.
