Zoho Docs Comes to the iPad
Zoho has brought its popular online productivity tools Zoho Docs to the iPad.
The app is designed to give you mobile access to your Zoho documents, including those created in Zoho Writer, Sheet, Show, and Docs (the word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications). You can also view shared documents via the app.
This app is Version 2.0 of Zoho's iOS app, extending the functionality of the iPhone app to the iPad, Zoho has also added some new features that make mobile sharing easier, including the ability to upload photos. Unfortunately, you can't edit the documents with the app; you need to the web version for that.
The app itself is free, and Zoho does offer a free plan with minimal features and storage. But more storage, work stations, and features require a monthly subscription fee.
Zoho's suite of online office tools compete with Google Apps as well as desktop-based software like Microsoft Office.
