Hirewall Takes the Hiring Process Online

Hirewall was created to simplify the hiring process for small to medium businesses from end to end. Especially now, with the current economy where you might have double or triple the number of candidates for a job, this can become a scheduling nightmare for an overworked HR department. Hirewall is an online tool that ensures the best candidates for a job are not only invited to interview, but seen by the right people every time.

At the core of the Hirewall service is an online workflow engine that breaks the hiring process down into simple, discrete steps. Roles can be created and delegated to team members to handle. The system uses email to make sure each step happens no matter how many team members are involved. In addition, it maintains a database of applicants that can be searched through by skill, tag or name. Hirewall will also work if the business uses agents or recruiters.

with around $50 unlimited,at the side of HR this could be a solutions,but with lack interaction between HR department and Job seeker,why I feel this provider is kind a "holly place"for job seeker?why I don't see more democracy for job seeker,and compare to linkedin,why I feel more friendly feeling with them ?from all so many why.why I think linkedin is better idea then this to interact Job owner and "job beggar"?

There are a number of Applicant Tracking Systems online, I dont see whats special here.
1. http://www.simplicant.com lets you create your own workflow and is free for small businesses
2. http://www.catsone.com its also got a free service but doesnt have as many features as simplicant

Does this allow applicants to apply directly?

I find taking applicant CV's and populating details on another system to be such a pain.

Will be worth the $50 if you automate that. May be applicants send to a special email address and you scrape and populate some fields ? ;-)

Cool, this is the first product that addresses how people make decisions and how fast they act to hire. There may be many in this space, but I think this is something different.

I had a quick look at hirewall, seems easy to use & not too bloated for SMEs, can see how taking the administrative side of hiring and automating it would benefit a business

I think what differentiates this from other ATS's is its simplicity and ability to avoid feature bloat associated with so many ATS. Good on you Hirewall.
