Brookside Technology Holdings announced that it has brought on Chris Phillips to be on the company's Board of Directors. Phillips brings with him "...over 12 years of asset management, investment banking and corporate finance experience".
Chris Phillips has been a Managing Director for Vicis Capital, LLC since February 2008 and was President and CEO at Apogee Financial Investments, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. He sits on the Board of Directors at several companies.
Brookside Technology Holdings Corp., through its subsidiary companies, is a managed services company specializing in analyzing, designing, selling, and implementing converged Voice over IP (VoIP), data, video, and wireless (Wi-Fi) business communications systems.
