Talent management software provider HRsmart is positioning itself now for growth in the future. The company announced two key appointments this week, a new CMO and a new Chief Product Officer.
Alan Deichler, former Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HRsmart, was appointed to Chief Marketing Officer. Hanny Shehadeh, former Senior Vice President of Implementation for HRsmart, was appointed to Chief Product Officer.
HRsmart provides technology and support services to companies, enabling them to effectively recruit, manage and retain top performers.
Alan Deichler has been with HRsmart for one year. Before that, he held executive positions with Capital Formation Counselors, Inc and Marketsource Sales Services.
Prior to joining HRsmart, Hanny Shehadeh served seven years as President of Global Careers, Inc., an international search firm he founded in 1998.
