Organic announced the appointment of Randi Barshack as Vice President of Marketing last week. Barshack brings 20 years of global experience in high-tech marketing and media and was formerly Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Mercado.

Karri Ojanen announced on his blog that he started his new position at Organic in Toronto, Canada this week. According to his blog, Ojanen has worked in the digital media industry for over a decade and has experience with interactive agencies in "three different countries on three different continents."

Organic's client roster includes high profile companies like Chrysler LLC, Warner Bros International, Geek Squad and Bank of America. Founded in 1993, the company has offices in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Detroit, and Toronto.
