His avatar is a "rather short, very cute green frog", his new title at Second Life's Linden Lab is Chief Product Officer and his name is Tom Hale (aka T Linden).
Hale was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Knowledge Worker Business Unit at Adobe Systems. "Frog" was his childhood nickname.
Linden Lab is the creator of the hugely popular virtual world, Second Life. Second Life launched June 23, 2003.
