Email delivery services provider Cypra Media announced yesterday they have hired Sam Lee to be their new Account Service Director. Lee will report to Michael Quigley, Vice President of the Email Services Division. Together they will oversee client consulting, hiring, training and supervising Cypra's account-service and technical-support representatives.
Lee was Email-Marketing Manager at Business Objects prior to joining Cypra Media. Before that he was Account Manager, Technical Support Analyst and Campaign Management Specialist with Epsilon Interactive.
Montreal, Canada based Cypra Media offers both hosted and "semi-hosted" email delivery solutions to its clients. They also offer "creative services to support email, landing page, and registration process development".
