Reports from The Wall Street Journal today confirm, "it's not all doom and gloom" if you are a recent Silicon Valley technology company layoff. Some of those laid off people are bouncing right back and getting new jobs. For instance Derek Moore, former Systems Engineer at Searchme, is now Systems Engineer at Mozilla. His new job comes with a 40 percent bigger compensation package.
