Independent provider of data integration software Informatica announced today that Dr. Gerald (Jerry) Held has been appointed to their Board of Directors.
Dr. Held is currently the CEO of Held Consulting, LLC. He consults CEOs and senior leaders from startup companies to large multinational corporations and investment firms.
Informatica was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Redwood City, California. They also have offices in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. They have more than 3,300 customers worldwide.
