Earlier today CenterNetworks reported that Silicon Valley entrepreneur Joi Ito will join internet services company Tucows' Board of Directors. Earlier this year Ito became CEO of the Creative Commons Organization.
"The one time college dropout and nightclub DJ has become one of the Web's leading thinkers and writers on a number of cutting-edge technologies," BusinessWeek said when it listed Ito among its "25 Most Influential People on the Web".
Tucows provides domain names, email and other services through its reseller network, called OpenSRS.
