Oracle Certified Partner Core Services announced that it has appointed Robert Laughlin as its new Vice President of Client Care. Laughlin will be charged with keeping the company's global clients happy.
Prior to joining Core Services, Laughlin spent 11 years at Oracle. Most recently he was the company's Senior Director Consulting Sales. Before that he held various technical and managerial positions at RR Donnelley and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
