E-commerce software company Imergent announced that its Chief Financial Officer Robert Lewis will resign effective February 6, 2009 and Corporate Controller Jonathan Erickson has been appointed the company's new CFO effective February 7th.
Erickson had been a Controller at Imergent since 2006. Prior to that, he held various positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
