Latino social network company Quepasa, owner of Quepasa.com announced it has hired Brian Garrett to serve as VP of Business Development and Strategy and Paulo Maia as the General Manager of Quepasa Brazil, which is scheduled to launch in late March.
Prior to joining Quepasa, Garrett was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Crosscut Ventures and Maia was CEO of ClickFilmes.
