Today Cambridge, Massachusetts based software company WebLayers announced it has secured $3 million in a new equity round of funding from existing investors. The company also announced it has appointed Jeff Papows as President and CEO and has relocated its headquarters.
Prior to joining WebLayers, Papows was president of Burlington, Mass. software firm Maptuit Corp. He will remain the company's chairman. He was the CEO at Lotus when it merged with IBM and was key to its integration.
