Web marketing software company Yield Software announced it has made two new executive appointments. Matthew Baird will be the company's new Vice President of Engineering while Derek Gordon will assume the role of Vice President of Marketing.
Prior to joining Yield, Baird was Vice President of Engineering at Chordiant Software. Before that he was Executive Director of Product Management at Oracle. Gordon was Social Marketing & Brand Strategist at MacKay Miley LLC and before that, Vice President of Marketing at Technorati.
