Online customer service company Get Satisfaction announced today that it has appointed Wendy Lea to be its new Chief Executive Officer. Lea was brought on "to help the company market its products to bigger companies".
According to Lea's bio, "In 1999, Wendy established Siebel Systems' eBusiness Consulting business unit which she joined after the company's acquisition of OnTarget, where she served as VP of Marketing and Alliances".
