Redmond, Washington based software giant Microsoft announced today that it has appointed Simon Sproule as its new Corporate Vice President of Corporate Communications. Sproule's first day at Microsoft will be March 2, 2009 and he will report directly to Senior Vice President of Microsoft's Central Marketing Group, Mich Mathews.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Sproule was Corporate Vice President of Global Communications at Nissan Motor Company.
