New Hires:

Paul Garnett has been hired to be Microsoft's new Director of Regulatory and Policy. He was Assistant Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at CTIA-The Wireless Association.

The new Client Engagement Manager at Microsoft is Curtis Cole. Prior to joining Microsoft he was First Vice President and Senior Manager of Business Strategy at Washington Mutual.

Recent Promotions and Changes:

Marty Dobbins is now Microsoft's new Innovation Architect of Enterprise Strategy. He was Director Business Architecture for SMSG.

Otto Berkes is now Senior Partner Architect (Xbox). He was a Partner Architect and before that and a General Manager at Microsoft prior to taking on his new role.
