Global communications company Motorola announced today that that Edward J. Fitzpatrick, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, will replace former CFO Paul J. Liska as acting Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. The company has initiated a search to identify a permanent replacement.
Fitzpatrick has held several executive positions at Motorola. Prior to that he was a senior manager at Price Waterhouse.
