Payment processing developer US Dataworks announced today that it has appointed Anna Cheng Catalano and G. Richard "Rick" Hicks to its Board of Directors.
Prior to joining US Dataworks, Hicks was Chairman of the Institute of Molecular Medical Sciences since 1992. Catalano was Group Vice President of Marketing for BP, PLC.
