Effective March 1st, Fran Shammo will be telecommunications company Verizon's new Business President. Shammo will replace John Killian, who was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer last week.
Shammo has held several executive positions at Verizon prior to this latest appointment. before that he held several management positions at Bell Atlantic Mobile.
