Telecommunications giant Verizon announced today that it has promoted John F. Killian to be its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Killian is currently President of Verizon Business and will replace retiring CFO Doreen A. Toben "around the middle of this year".
Prior to joining Verizon Business in 2006, Killian was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Verizon's Domestic Telecom group.
