Corporate and private sector IT services company Agilysis announced that it has appointed Kathleen A. Weigand to be its new General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This is a newly created position and she will start immediately.
Prior to joining Agilysys, Weigand was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of U-Store-it Trust. Before that she was Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Eaton Corporation.
