Integrated circuit provider Advanced Micro Devices (ADM) announced today that it has appointed Bruce Claflin to be its new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Claflin has been a member of AMD's Board of Directors since August, 2003. Previously, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of 3Com Corporation.
