Bootstrapped micro-ISV Balsamiq announced today that it has hired its first full-time employee. His name is Marco Botton and his new title is "Tuttofare" (Italian for do-it-all). His first day is today.
Prior to joining Balsamiq, Botton was a Senior software engineer at Think3. He graduated from Università di Bologna in 2002, majoring in computer science.
Balsamiq is a really neat story. After bootstrapping the company in March of 2008 the company netted over $100,000 in its first five months with its first product, Balsamiq Mockups. Be sure to check out other Jobwire coverage of this exciting new company.
