Virtual call center Contactual announced today that it has appointed Matt Krichbaum to be its new Vice President of Operations. Krichbaum will report to CEO Mansour Salame and be responsible for the company's IT, customer service, and professional services organizations.
Prior to joining Cointactual, Krichbaum was Vice President of IT Operations at Virgin Mobile USA. Before that he was Vice President of IT Operations for PeoplePC at EarthLink, Inc.
