Digital media company DivX, Inc. announced that it has appointed Red Herring Magazine publisher Alex Serge Vieux to be the newest member of its Board of Directors. Vieux is the company's eighth board member.
Vieux is the Chairman, CEO and Founder of technology conference sponsor DASAR. He also sits on several other boards, including BVRP, CommerceOne, and Qualys.
