Online backup applications provider Spare Backup announced today that it has hired Dr. Kwong Hiu Yung to lead its efforts to create a new Advertising and Data Mining Division.
Dr. Yung has consulted Lucent Technologies, IBM and IT.com. He received his PhD in statistics from Stanford University and his undergraduate degree from MIT.
