Tokyo based technology and services company Hitachi announced today that it has named Takashi Kawamura to be its new President beginning April 1st. The company also announced that it will restructure its unprofitable businesses into two separate units in order to cut cost.
Kawamura is currently Chairman at Hitachi Maxell Ltd. and Hitachi Plant Technologies Ltd.
