Technology based education products company LeapFrog announced today that CEO and President Jeffrey G. Katz has been appointed as the new Chairman of its Board of Directors. Former Chairman Steven B. Fink is leaving the board after ten years of service and Ralph R. Smith is resigning after five years on the company's board.
Katz has been LeapFrog's CEO and President since 2006 and a board member since 2005. Prior to joining LeapFrog, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at online travel company Orbitz.
