California based technology company Mobile XL announced today that it has appointed former Alcatel executive Francis Nebot to sit on its Board of Advisors.
Nebot has worked for Alcatel-Lucent's International Management for 25 years in Africa, India, Australia, Spain and France and most recently he was a Vice President there.
