European mobile 2D barcode company MobileTag announced that it will open a sister company in the US and has appointed William "Chip" Hoffman as its Chief Executive Officer of the new venture, Mobile Tag, Inc. The company will be headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
Prior to joining MobileTag, Hoffman was Chief Executive Officer at NeoMedia Technologies. Before that he was the Founder and Chairman of Uniqua Technologies, Inc.
