Today Portland, Oregon social media professional Alex Williams dropped us a line to let us know about his new position. Williams will be working part-time as a Community Manager for full service global marketing and media buying agency NetHawk Interactive. The Emeryville, California company is working on a new blog and video network that should launch in the next few weeks. Look for news of the launch at this year's RSA Conference in San Francisco.
Williams is the founder of podcasting community Podcast Hotel. Previously he was a Community Manager at Web page archiving startup iterasi and Director of Community Development at SplashCast. Last week while the cool kids were partying it up in Austin, Williams and Nate DiNero started "the worlds first non-conference", @notatsxsw and received worldwide attention.
