Broadband products provider Westell Technologies announced that it has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors. Industry veteran James M. Froisland will sit on the Board and serve on the company's finance and audit committees and Bruce D. Swail will join and serve on the compensation and technology committees.
Froisland is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer and Corporate Secretary at Material Sciences Corporation. Swail is the current Chief Executive Officer at USRobotics.
