Weekly music industry magazine Billboard announced today that it has hired former Coolfer blogger Glenn Peoples and The Daily Swarm founder David Prince to join its staff. Peoples will be Billboard's new Senior Editorial Analyst and Prince will be its new News Editor of Billboard.com. According to industry blog hypebot, "Billboard has taken on an edgier and more opinionated tone in recent months and its good to see two fine writers get more steady sources of income".
