Corporate blogging and social media organization Blog Council announced today that it has appointed former Dell VP Bob Pearson to be its new President. Pearson's work at Dell is considered "the model for how big businesses should work with blogs, communities, and other social media".
Pearson is the Vice Chair at the Emerging Technology Fund for the State of Texas. At Dell he was Vice President of Communities and Conversations and before that, Vice President of its Corporate Group Communications.
