Media and information site paidContent reports today that former Republican National Committee Online Director Cyrus Krohn will join software giant Microsoft as its new Director of Online Services Programming. In his new role, Krohn will responsible for leading the MSN Local program strategy and will report directly to US Executive Producer of MSN Scott Moore.
Krohn was eCampaign Director at the Republican National Committee and Director of the eCampaign Division for the Republican Party. Previously he worked at Microsoft from 1996 through 2005 as publisher of Slate.com and worked at MSN Video. He was a Director at Yahoo! from 2005 to 2007.
