On-demand, integrated multi-channel communications company Soundbite Communications announced today that it has appointed Jim Milton to be its new President and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Soundbite, Milton was President and Chief Operating Officer at interactive voice response and IP messaging company Intervoice. Before that he served in senior management roles at UGS Corporation and Hewlett-Packard.
